Mr. Bill Wilson, a local paramedic and teacher from Shore Health Hospital, and CRHS school counselor and EMT Mrs. Podlaszewski helped students learn the basics of applying tourniquets and what to do when a person is bleeding heavily. #ColonelTOUGH
