Good morning Lockerman families,

We are looking forward to welcoming everyone back today! Just a reminder that semester 2 begins today. Students should check PowerSchool for their new UA classes. 6th & 7th grade students who have UA 1st period should report directly to their new class this morning. Health classroom locations will be posted in the gym hallway.

Monday, Feb. 2, 2026, all schools will be operating on a two hour delay. 

Please NOTE: Families within the town limits of Ridgely and Hillsboro - Transportation is currently working to reroute some bus stops in these two areas. Please expect a call this evening from your bus driver or the department with information on temporary bus stop locations. Thank you for your patience.

All schools will be closed on Thursday, January 29. All offices will open at 10:00 am for 12 month employees. Please be safe in your travels.

Did you know that only about 2% of NCAA athletes go on to play professional sports? Mr. Nepert took some of our students to Arthur W. Perdue Stadium to explore the many career paths in sports beyond being an athlete—from business and marketing to media and operations. ⚾️ #CarolineFamily

Big futures start with exploration! 🚀 Last week, our 8th graders visited CCTC to learn about the many career pathways available through their CTE programs. From hands-on programs to real-world skills, they’re already thinking ahead! Keep up the #WildcatPRIDE

Just a reminder that tomorrow is the last day for our book fair. It will be open to families at dismissal so if anyone wants to swing in to make a last minute purchase during car rider pick-up , you may. This drop-in will be available from 11:55-12:15. Students may also shop during the school day tomorrow with a pass from their teacher.
